Montreal-based designers Michael Godmer and Manon d'Alençon did a phenomenal job at preserving the heritage character of this 1909 semi-detached house during renovations, while ensuring that the house fit with the family's active lifestyle. 

Located in the heart of the Plateau Mont-Royal in Montreal, this atypical heritage house built in 1885 was completely refurbished in 2019. It now houses the owners' main residence, as well as the workspace of designer Michael Godmer's creative team.
