Elmwood House
Montreal-based designers Michael Godmer and Manon d'Alençon did a phenomenal job at preserving the heritage character of this 1909 semi-detached house during renovations, while ensuring that the house fit with the family's active lifestyle.
About this project
This magnificent contemporary-style house now offers a perfect balance between modernity and authenticity. Both the main bathroom and the children's bathroom are elevated with Bianco Carrara Extra marble mouldings. The pièce de résistance of this renovation project is certainly the kitchen flooring, a custom-made stone mosaic designed by the talented Ciot Studio artisans. The harmonious mix of noble & elegant textures is noticeable on the MAXFINE porcelain countertop, which reflects the commitment to designing a truly timeless work of art.
