INSPIRATION

The initial goal of the client was to add a new living room adjacent to the kitchen, which would overlook the large intimate courtyard. Two areas were created in this 14' X 10' veranda, a sofa area as well as a dining room. In order to create an effect of grandeur and to optimize the brightness of the space, the clients opted for a light grey ceramic floor heating system — and a small haven of peace was thus created!

Ciot had the honor of supplying the majority of the products used in the contemporary condo tower located in the luxurious Soho district.

Mosaic tile doesn’t have to have a purely artisanal feel. In this home with an industrial vibe, the mosaic produces the desired crafted look, enhancing the décor with clean lines and visible hardware. The vintage palette, with white, plexiglass, wood and metal, recalls open-concept lofts in refurbished factories.
