INSPIRATION

Although The American Dream shopping center was one of Ciot's most considerable undertakings, no detail was spared in the selection and production of the wide range of premium materials used throughout the complex.

Modern luxury was definitely top-of-mind when designing The Kent condominium complex in New York City and the result is nothing short of majestic. Ciot had the great honor of supplying all of the natural stone material selections in the common areas such as the lobby and the garden salon, as well as the bathrooms and kitchens inside the extraordinary homes.

The initial goal of the client was to add a new living room adjacent to the kitchen, which would overlook the large intimate courtyard. Two areas were created in this 14' X 10' veranda, a sofa area as well as a dining room. In order to create an effect of grandeur and to optimize the brightness of the space, the clients opted for a light grey ceramic floor heating system — and a small haven of peace was thus created!
