Under the supervision of the Plumbing Manager, the Purchasing Support Agent assists the Manager and members of the Plumbing team, and works closely with Habitat internal sales consultants to facilitate order processing, communication and follow-up with other Ciot Inc. departments involved in the process.
Under the supervision of the Plumbing Manager, the Purchasing Support Agent assists the Manager and members of the Plumbing team, and works closely with Habitat internal sales consultants to facilitate order processing, communication and follow-up with other Ciot Inc. departments involved in the process.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Collect customer purchase orders prepared by sales consultants;
•Review and validate incoming documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy for proper recording and fulfillment of orders;
•Enter data into the ERP system;
•Take calls and carry out various project follow-ups by telephone and/or e-mail with other company departments, customers and suppliers;
•Support team-mates in achieving team objectives, particularly in terms of documentation accuracy and customer service levels;
•Process returned goods documentation, taking into account accuracy of parts, product price, transportation responsibility and return closure.
•Perform all other related tasks
PROFILE & SKILLS SOUGHT
•High school diploma or equivalent experience; a college diploma in administration will be considered an asset;
•Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a similar role (business or administrative work environment);
