•Responsible for Daily Operations of all Tile Warehouses •Responsible for performance management of the assigned team. •Provide each team member with a clear directive of job role and expectations and ensure proper training is provided. •Responsible for ensuring all paperwork is completed and shipments are invoiced/ transferred properly to maintain lot accuracy in transfer and order shipping. •Responsible for Inventory Accuracy and providing support to the Quality & Inventory team as needed. •Ensuring all procedures and policies are followed for proper receiving, picking and shipping of materials, including WMS compliance. •Ensure all Health & Safety and Equipment inspections and training are completed and up to date as per required guidelines. •Ensure delivery routes are optimized and efficient •Ensuring driver compliance with ELD and Descartes systems. •Keep records of daily, weekly and monthly deliveries and number of skids delivered. •Resolving driver delivery problems, truck breakdowns and equipment failure issues. •Resolve Customer service issues regarding deliveries and order accuracy. •Must be able to work flexible hours as directed by the business needs. •Must communicate effectively with all teams across the entire company to be able to offer solutions when needed.

Requirements:


•High school diploma.
•1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
