ROLE
- Welcome clients visiting the showroom, whether they are interested in ceramics, faucets, bathtubs, showers, natural stone countertops, custom stone slabs, or hardwood flooring. This includes both showroom customers and professionals.
- Promote and sell the company's products and services while adhering to sales standards.
- Establish a relationship of trust between the client and the representative during the sales process.
- Learn and become familiar with our product range, services, and promotions at Ciot Quebec to respond professionally to clients.
- Answer client inquiries about products, prices, availability, usage, and credit terms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Listen to, assess, and leverage client potential.
- Prepare quotes, orders, and invoices using the computer system.
- Gather and convey feedback on Ciot Quebec products in the market and evaluate client reception.
- Keep client records updated using the existing computer system.
- Ensure after-sales follow-up with clients.
- Analyze trends and provide sound recommendations to clients.
