Under the direction of the Operation Manager, this person must be able to work under minimal supervision as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced, client-oriented sales & service environment. Handling clients with a high level of professionalism and courtesy is required while providing expertise and knowledge in the stone and tile industry to customers. This role requires strong business acumen along with a capacity to assist in company promotions specialized to the Pro desk.
Role and responsibilities:
•Supporting customers by providing services required for a smooth sales transaction
•Managing and participating in the complete sales cycle.
•Work with all departments to satisfy clients needs– i.e. accounting & shipping.
•Continually maintaining and building relationships with new and existing clients with focus on contractors
•Ensuring accuracy in open and closing procedures.
•Providing product recommendations to clients.
•Providing post-sale customer service concerning warranty or deficiency claims
•Participate in training programs for updated knowledge of products
•Any other tasks and functions required
Requirements:
•Must have stone & tile industry knowledge
•3+ years’ experience in a similar role
•Must be organized and self motivated

•Technical expertise: The ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills in a technical area regarding Pro desk products.
